The Labor Shed report was commissioned in January 2008 with the State Work Force Development Office. Locally, we have consistently updated the Labor Shed every two years to account for the changes in the work force and with area employers.

The report contains labor force information to aid expanding companies and site selectors with understanding the local work force. Information in the report includes commuting patterns, current and desired wages/salaries, available labor, workforce skills, employment by industry, and underemployment. Customized Labor Sheds are available upon request.
